Cancellation policy

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us. In this case, you can of course exercise your right of return. We are also happy to help with warranty or guarantee claims.

If you wish to exercise your right of return, you can simply register your return by email within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the respective return shipping costs.

**Important note regarding pre-order products:**

Please note that pre-order products that have been specially made for you cannot be returned. As these items are produced individually to your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or return in this case.

Please note that we can only accept returns that are in their original, unworn condition. Therefore, please always use a shipping box when returning items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are sent unprotected in their original packaging.

As soon as we receive the return shipment, it will be checked and a refund will be arranged if necessary.

We endeavor to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days (after receipt of the goods) for processing.
